Projects Coordinator
SATARIANO is one of the longest established Companies in the bathroom and flooring sector in Malta, and a major player in the kitchen and furniture business. As a result of continued growth, we are seeking to recruit a Projects Coordinator. The Projects Coordinator will liaise between the showroom and customer during the furniture and kitchen assembly phase.
Job Description
The post will require:
- To serve as a contact point between the sales team and customer.
- Visit the customers’ home to check on the progress made.
- Supervise assembly and coordinate with installers .
- Solve any unforeseen incidents that may occur.
- Responsible to follow up on any technical issues during installation keeping sales team and customer updated.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date project/installation documentation.
- Responsible for projects entrusted to Satariano from shell form all the way to completion.
Applicants would ideally:
- Have experience working in the construction & finishes sector
- Be proficient in the use of ACAD software & Microsoft Project
- A good eye for detail, assertiveness, and confidence
- Be fluent in English & Maltese
