Projects Administrator
SATARIANO's core business spans three key areas: Bathrooms & Flooring, Kitchens & Furniture, and Contracting & Projects. As a result of continued growth, we are seeking to recruit a Projects Administrator to work with our contracting department.
The Projects Administrator serves as a key liaison, working closely with the projects team, clients, and suppliers to ensure timely planning and execution of projects.
Job Description
The ideal candidate should be able to work on own initiative and eager to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse and accomplished team. Coordinate on projects from shell form all the way to completion.
The post will require:
- To analyse requirements and prepare submissions of quotes, tenders and compiling respective BOQs.
- To make use of appropriate software including ACAD and Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- To serve as a contact point to clients, designers and project managers.
- To liaise with suppliers.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and set priorities whilst keeping all information/documentation organised.
- To understand and quote for products according to specifications supplied and approved drawings.
- To order products and materials as per confirmed quotes in a timely manner respecting deadlines.
- To liaise with the project team and plan the delivery of items and materials required.
- To act as a means of communication between the office and site project managers whilst ensuring that the team is informed of any changes through the right channels.
- To prepare billings and assist with payment applications.
Applicants would ideally:
- Have experience working in the retail finishes sector
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and ACAD software.
- A good eye for detail, assertiveness, and confidence
- Be fluent in English.
