Satariano is seeking to recruit a Receptionist / Secretary on a full-time basis willing to work flexible showroom hours. We are looking for someone with an immaculate personal presentation, friendly, dynamic and proactive approach. Delivering the highest standards of customer care

Job Description


  • Acting as a first point of contact to clients, visitors and suppliers, by greeting and directing as need be;
  • Answer & forward incoming phone calls & e-mails
  • Promote a professional image at all times and have good knowledge of the services offered
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times;
  • Overall administrative work
  • Dealing with all requests and queries in a professional and friendly manner, whether face-to face or over the telephone;


  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Maltese
  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Demonstrate attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise tasks
