Satariano is seeking to recruit a Receptionist / Secretary on a part-time basis willing to work flexible showroom hours.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Acting as a first point of contact to clients, visitors and suppliers, by greeting and directing as need be;
- Answer & forward incoming phone calls & e-mails
- Promote a professional image at all times and have good knowledge of the services offered
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times;
- Overall administrative work
- Dealing with all requests and queries in a professional and friendly manner, whether face-to face or over the telephone;
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Maltese
- Have a good knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Excellent organisational skills
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Able to prioritise tasks
