Satariano is seeking to recruit a Receptionist / Secretary on a part-time basis willing to work flexible showroom hours. We are looking for a professional who has a dynamic and proactive approach. Delivering the highest standards of customer care.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a first point of contact to clients, visitors and suppliers, by greeting and directing as need be;
  • Answer & forward incoming phone calls & e-mails
  • Promote a professional image at all times and have good knowledge of the services offered
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times;
  • Overall administrative work
  • Dealing with all requests and queries in a professional and friendly manner, whether face-to face or over the telephone;

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Maltese
  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Demonstrate attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise tasks
